EDIT: BlueStacks appears as 'OnePlus OnePlus3T', so if you've used an android emulator that could also be it. I was able to confirm that this was the case for me, as I check the installation date. Launch BlueStacks and click on the gear icon to access the Settings menu. On the 'Settings' page, click on the Device tab. Click on the current device profile selected. A drop-down menu will then appear from where you can select any device profile other than OnePlus.

I noticed this after opened the back, touch of superglue on the corner with a knife did it :p Good as new again, replaced volume strip, good for another 6 years. Will post back here if I make it to 10 years use :D
